About the people:
Keefe John - President / Network Architect
Keefe got started in computer consulting at age 15 by taking his first paid position at a regional S.E. Wisconsin High School. Consulting work continued to grow until, at age 17, Keefe started the technical hardware review site - Techware Labs which grew to include more than 100 testing representatives and receive more than 6,000 unique visitors a day. Other positions followed at API, Netwurx, Autologic, and Wisconsin PC. He finally resigned as Chief Technical Officer at Wisconsin PC in order to start Techware PC. Keefe has a BBA degree in Management Information Systems and is working toward his MBA. Keefe is currently Microsoft, CompTIA, and Comtrain certified.

Jacob Kluewer - Technology Consultant
Jacob graduated from Moraine Park with a technical support specialist associates degree. After graduating from Moraine Park Jacob had the initiative to start his own house-call business servicing computers of local residents. Techware spotted Jacob's natural talent and decided to offer him a job. Jacob now handles most of the in-office computer repair for Techware. Jacob enjoys the challenge of fixing customers' technology problems and keeping everyone satisfied. In his free time Jacob is constantly learning about new technologies to better himself as a technology consultant.
Robert Guenther - Network Admin/Engineer
Robert has been involved in computers since the age of 15. Robert has been running his own internet services company for over 6 years. He has worked for companies such as Time Warner and Cablecomm. While working at TimeWarner Robert serviced cable head-end equipment, fiber optic lines, cable on poles, and underground service nodes. Robert installs Cat5e and video cable, administrates servers in the data center, and climbs wireless towers for Techware. He also has an FCC HAM radio technician class license. When he's not working one can find Robert experimenting with VoIP, new server technologies, and wireless communications.
John Knippel - Business Account Manager
John has several years in business to business sales. John is working towards a degree in marketing and philosophy. He is responsible for developing new ad campaigns, maintaining current and new clients and customer service. John makes sure that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction so our customers have a better experience than that of the phone or cable company.
Adam Torn - Business Account Manager
Adam graduated from Marian University with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Recreation Management. He spent three years working in the golf industry as an Assistant Professional in Wisconsin and Florida. During this time he built a solid reputation of customer service with the members of each country club. He looks forward to working with you and your business!
Jack Hughes - Wireless/Radio Engineer
Jack brings over 20 years of electrical, wireless, and commercial HVAC experience to Techware. As a retired HVAC journeyman, he helps manage the infrastructure of our tower sites and data centers. Jack has extensive experience in radio frequency and operates his own HAM radio repeater network.
Randy Coughlin - Structured Wiring
Randy Coughlin has extensive experience in the areas of structured wiring, legacy telephone systems, and copymachine/printer repair. From running a single fiber optic drop to designing and installing a complete wiring infrastructure for a new building, Randy can easily handle it. Randy has worked for companies such as CableCom, ACS, Connectivity Concepts, and Kubichek.
